Steven Jordan had an idea for painting a tiger on the beach combining the beach scenery he is famous for painting and the mascot for the current National Champion college football team.  I gave him the idea of using the title "Watchin' the Tide Roll Away..." The title was in my mind because toward the end of the game out in California my son, Robert Allen (CU class of '08), pointed into the crowd and sang "Watchin the tide roll away..." It tuned out to be the perfect title for a print.
